Good composition and excelent light/contrast balance! You've been able to choose the right amount sothat the background doesn't distract the viewer. I do like the way your hair falls to your shoulders. The expression is quite natural which is good on such a photo! And yes... I know you're (at least) a bit shy. Nevertheless that is not the feeling this shot conveys to me. I would say that you were distracted with something... even perhaps a bit worried (it lacks your smile I guess).
Nevertheless IT IS a great shot and I compliment you both for it... Bravo :)
